Luis Pedro Martínez, ALPFA Seattle Vice-President

Originally from Guatemala, Luis Pedro Martínez currently works for Microsoft Corporation, as a senior financial analyst in the Platform Services Division (PSD). Luis Pedro oversees, analyses, and produces forecasting intelligence on the financial performance of Windows Client, and the Online Services Business. In addition, he has past professional experience in company valuation for financial consulting and financial reporting purposes, as he worked for two years for Kroll Associates, a NY-based global risk management firm.
Luis Pedro holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Marketing and International Business. He also serves as the Vice-President for ALPFA Seattle, leading the local relationship between Microsoft and the Seattle Chapter. In addition, he is an active member of the Microsoft Finance Diversity Leadership Program, as well the University of Washington’s Certificate of International Studies in Business (CISB), Mentorship Program.
Luis Pedro is passionate about music and he has helped produce/ host radio shows for Latin Rock in the Seattle area. He is also fluent in French and Spanish.
