Nerelys Cordero, West Regional Director & Immediate ALPFA Seattle Past President

Nerelys serves as the Immediate Past President of the Seattle Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA). Since the inception of the Seattle Chapter in March 2005, Nerelys helped create the framework for the local Board and each of the five committees within the chapter. She has participated in various National committees and currently serves as the West Region Director on the ALPFA National Board.
Nerelys is an experienced senior associate in the PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Seattle. Nerelys has been in the Assurance and Business Advisory practice in the Seattle office since 2004 and served a variety of clients in the technology, information/communication, and real estate industries. Nerelys is actively involved in campus recruiting and diversity initiatives within PwC and participates as a mentor to incoming interns during the summer and winter months.
Nerelys graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Washington Business School in June 2003 and a Master in Professional Accounting in June 2004. In addition, she is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Washington.
